Intertain Announces Licensing Agreement with AVLA

Winnipeg, MB – Intertain Media Inc. a division of OMT Inc. (TSXV: OMT) announced today that it has signed a sound recording reproduction licensing agreement with the Audio-Video Licensing Agency Inc. (AVLA) for its’ RetailPreview in-store CD, DVD and Video Game previewing system.

“RetailPreview is the first product of its’ type to be licensed in Canada”, stated Scott Farr Vice President of Business Development. “This is an important step for Intertain as it gives us the required content licensing for all of the major record companies and many independent record labels in Canada to grow our RetailPreview service,” added Farr.

Intertain currently has 300 RetailPreview systems installed in 100 Best Buy and Future Shop Locations across Canada.
