OMT Announces Sale of iMediaTouch Digital System
to the Blackburn Radio Group
Winnipeg, MB – OMT Inc. (TSXV: OMT) announces
the sale of its radio broadcast automation
product suite, iMediaTouch, to the
Blackburn Radio Group.
Blackburn Radio Group
of London, Ontario has chosen iMediaTouch as the
digital delivery and wide area software system
for their expanding radio group. The new FM
station license in Wingham, ON along with CKNX-FM
and AM shall be the first to install
the iMediaTouch Version 2.0 software suite.
Following the Wingham
installation, CHYR in Leamington and the 3
station group in Sarnia shall be next to
upgrade. An Internet wide area strategy for
scheduling, monitoring and audio
production shall be incorporated in late spring
of 2005 as part of the overall plan to tie the
clusters together for sharing of resources and
audio assets.
